Things to Remember about Hi-Boys

Hi-boy tables are also known as pedestal tables. Hi-boy tables differ from a standard seating table in a few ways. They are a different height and width as standard seating/dinner tables. They are a different width as well. Their dimensions require that you know how to set up table linen on them.

What You Will Need

  • Hi-boy table
  • Chair tie to tie off your tablecloth.
  • Table linen

Get the Look

Step 1: Center the rental linen on the table. Step 2: Next, take a chair tie and fold it in half lengthwise. Step 3: Cross the ends, tie a half-knot, and pull it tight. Move this half-knot ‚ a way down the pole. Step 4: Wrap the ends around the pole very tightly and make sure you don’t see any of the table cloth between the wraps. Step 5: Wrap with the other end of the chair tie, being sure to keep the ends nice, tight and smooth. Step 6: Finish by tucking the second end of the chair tie into the bottom of the completed wrap. Step 7: Finally, smooth out the bottom of your table linen and cover the bottom of the legs. Thanks for reading. Our team is excited for you to try out the Base Wrap chair tie.
