The ideal candidate will be innovative, team-oriented, and will appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting priorities. This person will fully own important social media goals, will be skilled at managing email marketing campaigns, possess experience with optimizing landing pages and assist in developing lead generation programs. HubSpot experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud big pluses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, blogs, email campaigns and storyboards to optimize user experience
• Brainstorm new and creative online growth strategies
• Plan and execute all web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Support sales staff to fulfill all client facing marketing material
• Determine online marketing qualified leads vs sales qualified leads
• Manage and support website updates
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with vendor partners
• Manage and order fulfillment of promotional items

• Update internal documents as needed using Adobe InDesign
• Take ownership in other projects on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• BS degree in marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
• Familiarity with HubSpot inbound marketing and sales software
• Working knowledge of HTML and email software
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and design
• Experience with social media management (Facebook and Instagram)
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels and workflows
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience working in cross functional environments
• Able to present to large groups
• Highly detail oriented
• Excellent proofreader
• A passion for coordinating different color schemes
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
