How We Work
Step 1. A Design Experience
Whether virtually or in person, our website and our showrooms offer a design experience. View our collection of inspiring fabrics and carefully curated accessories and collaborate with our team to bring your vision to life.
Step 2. Confirm Your Reservation
Once you’ve designed the perfect event, our team will work with you to complete your rental order. Orders may be placed in person at your nearest BBJ Linen location, via phone, and online with live chat and our rental cart. Your order will ship via UPS to your chosen location.
Step 3. Your Vision Becomes Reality
As you open the boxes and set your tables your vision will take shape. If you would like support on the day of your event, our production crew is available to set up your event. Ask one of our team members for more details.
Step 4. Returns Are Effortless
Simply place your linen in the duffel bags provided and call our dedicated UPS number to schedule your pick up. The UPS return forms are already created for you.
