Inside Sales Account Executive(Niles, IL)

Due to our growth, we are in need of a self-motivated Inside Sales Account Executive who will work with BBJ clients nationwide. The Inside Sales Account Executive will be a part of the internet sales team.


The Account Executive will participate in office sales strategies in order to meet and exceed the annual revenue goals, will aggressively identify, pursue and manage new client accounts and will do this by conducting client prospecting calls to generate new business.

  • Associates Degree or higher a plus
  • Must have experience cold calling and prospecting for new business
  • A history of providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work late afternoon to evening shifts and weekend shifts (rotation schedule)
  • Requires friendly, professional etiquette and courtesy in interfacing with customers
  • Proven ability to sell; at least 2 years of experience with inside sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Requires attention to accurate detail and must be able to multitask
  • Ability to analyze situations and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Excellent documentation and recordkeeping abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
  • Ability to speak Spanish or other languages a plus
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. MAS knowledge a plus
  • Experience working in the Event or Hospitality industries required
