Although BBJ Linen maintains one of the largest table linen rental inventories in
the nation, we recognize that each event is a unique experience and occasionally,
items or sizes are required that are not part of our regular inventory. For this
reason, we offer the below preferred services so that we may accommodate virtually
any special request made by our clients.
Custom Rental
We frequently receive requests to make linen from fine fabrics such as Iridescent
Taffeta, Bengaline, Dupioni Silk, etc. These fabrics are too delicate to be integrated
into our standard inventory, as they are unable to withstand additional rentals.
However, we will gladly create highly perishable custom linen to your exact specifications
and offer them to you for rental. BBJ Linen offers a wide range of sizes in the
majority of our product lines. However, when items of a non-standard size are required,
we can make new linen to your exact specifications upon your request and the availability
of the fabric. Please be aware that custom items require additional time to process
and produce and are often constrained by 'minimum yardage' restrictions set by fabric
manufacturers. Custom rentals rates will apply to all orders of this type and deposits
will be required before fabric is purchased by BBJ Linen. Please contact your regional sales representative for more

Couture Rental
Couture Concepts is a division of BBJ Linen that caters to our most exclusive clientele
by using custom made fabrics such as imported silks, intricate embroidery and hand-beaded
fabrics to create linen effects that are truly one-of-a-kind. Couture Rentals are
intended for a single use and are not supported as part of BBJ's regular rental
line. Occasionally, after their original use and if items are of acceptable quality,
we are willing to offer Couture Rentals items again on an "As Is Basis"
at greatly reduced rates. Please contact your regional
sales representative about BBJ Linen's Couture Concepts division or for
more information about items that may currently exist as part of our previously
used Couture Collection.
Custom & Couture Purchase
While BBJ Linen does not sell our rental inventory, certain custom and couture items
are excluded from this policy and are available for purchase instead of rental.
Please advise your regional sales representative
that you are interested in purchasing your custom item rather than renting it and
they will be able to advise you further about the possibility and cost.
First Use
First Use are items that BBJ does not currently have in stock, but will consider
adding and supporting as part of our regular rental line. With management approval,
a new style, item or size can be created from a fabric the BBJ does not already
carry or from fabric that is already included within BBJ's line, provided that significant
quantity is being added to inventory. Additionally, clients wishing to ensure perfect
color, sizing and quality of an item already in BBJ's line can request that brand
new linen be made for their event and that for an additional charge, they are guaranteed
"first use" on that item. Please contact your
regional sales representative about BBJ Linen's policies on First Use, especially
if you have an event of a significant size and would like BBJ to consider adding
a new item, size or line on your behalf.
PhotoNaps™
Photonaps™ are custom-designed napkins that are personalized with photographs,
corporate logos or custom artwork. They can be given away as a souvenir of your
special event, be it a wedding, birthday, bar mitzvah, or corporate occasion. There
is a 100 piece minimum order and the final price is dependent upon the quantity
ordered, the size and style of the napkin, and the complexity of the artwork. Production
time is approximately 6 - 8 weeks. Please contact your
