JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for promoting sales in the retail outlet
store and will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations by ensuring all company policies & procedures are followed.
- Responsible for individual and store sales goals.
- Ensure store’s visual standards are met.
- ind new and exciting ways to attract customers through marketing special
promotions as well as cold calling.
- Maintaining on going product knowledge.
- Follow up with customers in regards to future events and needs.
- Market research and analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years minimum of retail sales experience with a proven track record of
increasing sales.
- Preferred background in linen/fabric or home décor.
- Must have customer service experience, professionalism and a personable manner.
- Strong color and fashion sense to assist and help customers.
- Must have strong business analysis skills.
- Must have very good organizational and follow up skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer software systems.
